Prepare to Get HARD… Mode.

[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]f $386K big ones is too much for your pocket-book, then don’t worry. There are other ways to extend the life of Dying Light and get the most of your money.

As of right now, Techland’s first-person zombie survival game has just received an epic “Hard Mode” (as if the game was too easy already), which includes increasingly vicious and stronger enemies, in addition to a more horrifying in-game night-time playing experience.

A few gamers have already finished Dying Light and are asking for more. So we’re going to give our community a new challenge that will put everything they learnt in the game to the test. Hard Mode is exactly that. We’re aiming to have it out around the start of March, if not sooner. Depends on how brutal we wanna make this on people.”

Dying Light Producer, Tymon Smektala

The Hard Mode update is one of several planned free updates coming to the game, including weapons, outfits, and of course bug fixes. No word on whether or not the free updates will include previously unavailable missions or quests outside of the game’s reasonably priced season pass.

The free updates are and will continue to be available for PC, PS4, and XBO. Dying Light is out now for those platforms.
