This week at the Park we have a world filled with warcraft, a brother vs brother fight, and the apocalypse.
Warcraft
The second trailer for the upcoming Legendary and Universal film, Warcraft, hit the internet earlier this morning. The film centers around the initial conflict in between the humans and the orcs. The trailer is packed with action, including our first look at a dwarven character and an epic standoff between a human and orc warrior.
Warcraft stars Dominic Cooper, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Toby Kebbel, and Clancy Brown and hits theaters June 10th.
Ben-Hur
Ben-Hur is a film based off of the 1880 novel ‘Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ’ by Lew Wallace. The film follows the titular character who is betrayed by his childhood best friend and adoptive brother. His brother, Messala, kills their mother and sister and sells Ben-Hur into slavery. But Ben-Hur is back with a vengeance and with the help of Morgan Freeman’s character, Sheik Ilderim, he learns the way of chariot racing in a attempt to get revenge on Messala.
Ben-Hur stars Jack Huston, Morgan Freeman, Toby Kebbell, Nazanin Boniadi, and Rodrigo Santoro and hits theaters August 12th.
X-Men: Apocalypse
The latest trailer for the upcoming X-men: Apocalypse gives us a bit more insight to the origin of the titular villain, Apocalypse, and how he got his powers. The trailer also shows a lot more action scenes between the X-men and Apocalypse and his “four-horsemen”. New-comers to the second X-men trilogy of films that are seen the trailer include Jean Grey, Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Psylocke, and Storm.
