Not as a character from one of his movies but as himself, Nicolas Cage is coming to Dead by Daylight in a bizarre crossover that, quite honestly, we don’t really understand. However, Behaviour Interactive, the developer of Dead by Daylight, seems to think this is the next logical collaboration for hits Horror/Survival multiplayer game and says that more details will come on July 5th.
It’s the performance of a lifetime.

The teaser trailer, which you can see in the Tweet above, showcases the upcoming collaboration with more details expected to come this summer. We aren’t sure if Cage will be in the game as himself, or some unique character in the same way Call of Duty brings celebrities to its zombie maps.
Dead by Daylight is known for its massive amount of collaborations with horror icons of all shapes and sizes. And while not exactly what first comes to mind when thinking of the horror genre, this version of Nicolas Cage looks to be something truly terrifying. But we will just have to wait and see when more is revealed this July 5th.
