The film has a massive budget and Michael Fassbender has been quite optimistic about the film’s success when it is released. Thankfully both the director and Michael Fassbender have realized that fans of Assassin’s Creed are expecting the film to be very close to the games when it comes to detail and authenticity. The actor even picked up the games and has started playing them to get a better feel for what kind of character he is portraying.
“I’ve played it since mainly to get an idea of the physicality of the character,” he said. “We believe the whole concept around it is special and want to service that the best we can. The fans are really passionate: very specific and they expect accuracy and historical detail. We’re really trying to capitalize and feed on and enjoy the fun element. We’re working hard to make this something special.”
Sounds like we can expect some death-defying stuns from Michael Fassbender in the future.
