EW shows off characters for the upcoming Quentin Tarantino film, and we like what we see so far.
[dropcap size=small]E[/dropcap]ntertainment Weekly gives us our first look at the new movie written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The Hateful Eight movie is based in post-Civil War Wyoming, and is about bounty hunters who are trying to find shelter during a blizzard but get involved in a plot of betrayal and deception.
John Ruth (Kurt Russell) John is as mean as the mustache on his face and doesn’t put up with sh*t from no one. He is traveling with his bounty, Daisy Domergue, to Red Rock to collect a bounty.
Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) Warren was onion a Union officer, but now lives in the mountains of Wyoming. He might look old but he is still quick with a gun.
Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh) A true hard-ass that will chew you up and spit you out. Don’t let the chains fool you, Daisy will kill you before you can blink.
Joe Gage (Michael Madsen) A true cowboy through and through, with a grin as dirty as his handkerchief.
Oswaldo Mobray (Tim Roth) If you take one look at his clothes you can tell that this guy isn’t from around these parts. Mobray claims to be the new hangman of Red Rock.
Chris Mannix (Walton Goggins) A man of the south who now lives in the west, Mannix says he is a man of the law, but there is something about his look that tells us we can’t trust him.
General Sanford Smithers (Bruce Dern) A man of few words, this former Confederate general will hold his peace until its time for shooting.
Bob (Demian Bichir) Bob “the Mexican” has taken over innkeeper duties from Minnie while she is away.
The Hateful Eight directed by Quentin Tarantino and staring Demian Bichir, Bruce Dern, Walton Goggins, Tim Roth, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Michael Madsen, Samuel L. Jackson, and Kurt Russell will hit theaters November 13, 2015
