One of the biggest things to happen in the Marvel comics is coming to the MCU. Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, announced a Secret Invasion series will launch on Disney+.

Samuel L. Jackson will be returning to reprise his role as Nick Fury while Ben Mendelsohn will return as well for his role as Talos, a Skrull.

You can check out the official announcement below.

Secret Invasion was a 2008 comic book series developed by Brian Michael Bendis and artist Leinil Francis Yu. It was revealed several famous Marvel superheroes were actually the shape-shifting Skrulls. Stuck with uncovering who is actually human and who is a Skrull, the story pushed the Avengers to their breaking point.

The Secret Invasion story was first heavily hinted in Captain Marvel and again at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home. Could one of the Avengers in Endgame be a Skrull? We’ll just have to wait and see.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
