Marketing for Avengers: Endgame Will Only Show the First 15 Minutes of the Film

If you thought the next trailer for Avengers: Endgame would give you more answers, you thought wrong.

Kevin Feige and company are doing everything they can to keep us in the dark, and with good reason too. Perhaps the best marketing campaign Disney has done when it comes to both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame isn’t giving the fans tons of content but rather hardly giving any content to begin with.

After all, Marvel Cinematic Universe fans are incredibly passionate about the films, some may even say they’re close to being fanatics about it. However you view it, MCU fans have dissected and analyzed every detail given by Marvel with excruciating accuracy and because of this both the Russo Brothers and Kevin Feige have learned to keep their lips sealed.

Speaking in an interview before the Golden Globes began, Kevin Feige explained “being able to generate excitement without giving away the many, many, many, many, many…many secrets will be ideal” but failed to go into further detail about this. But he doesn’t need to.

If you recall the days following the release of Avengers: Infinity War the internet was buzzing about how no one saw Hawkeye in the film and this made Kevin Feige very happy. After all, the less than super hero didn’t really grow in popularity until he actually wasn’t in the film. Marvel/Disney more than likely saw this and decided it was the best way to go about a marketing campaign. Provide fans with just enough content that it leaves them with more questions that answers and they’ll continue to come back for more. After all, less is more.

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters April 26, 2019.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
