The first look at the sequel to National Lampoon’s Vacation receives a red band trailer.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he next chapter in the National Lampoon’s Vacation story is Vacation. Vacation stars Ed Helms as a grown up Rusty Griswold, who follows in his father’s footsteps and takes his family on a trip to Wally World. He and his wife Debbie (Christina Applegate) and their two sons, Skyler and Steele, embark on a cross-country trip filled with tons of misadventures on their way to the famous amusement park. Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo will reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold. Rusty’s sister, Audrey Griswold-Crandall, and her husband Stone Crandall are portrayed by Leslie Mann and Chris Hemsworth.
The trailer is filled with white water rafting, highway high-jinx, swims in toxic waste, and a hilarious scene featuring Chris Hemsworth, Ed Helms, and Christina Applegate.
The film is not yet rated but because it has a red band trailer, it can be assumed that it will be R-rated.
Vacation stars Ed Helms, Christina Applegate, Leslie Mann, Chris Hemsworth, Chevy Chase, and Beverly D’Angelo and will hit theaters on July 29th.
