Supernatural Star Jensen Ackles is the Caped Crusader in ‘Batman: The Long Halloween’

Having previously voiced Red in Hood in 2010, Ackles is back to voice the Dark Knight himself.

Earlier today, reports came out that Jensen Ackles has joined the cast of Batman: The Long Halloween as the Dark Knight himself. Ackles joins a fairly stacked cast as it is with Billy Burke as James Gordon, Josh Duhamel as Harvey Dent, and Troy Baker as the Joker.

The Long Halloween will be based on the 1996 comic of the same name by Jeff Loeb and Tim Sale and will be released in two parts, the first of which will be released later this year and the second presumably in 2022.

Rounding out the entire cast is Billy Burke as James Gordon, Titus Welliver as Carmine Falcone, the previously mentioned Josh Duhamel and Troy Baker, David Dastmalchain as Calendar Man, and the late Naya Rivera as Selina Kyle, who reported recorded her lines prior to her untimely passing in 2020.
