The Elder Scrolls Renewal Project has released another video showing off some of the progress on their crazy ambitious The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim mod.

The mod (titled Skywind) is going to be a complete remake and update of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind using Skyrim’s game engine. Pretty much everything is getting a glossy new makeover, including combat, quests, voices, music, and textures. Take a look:

As of November, Skywind had three hours of Elder Scrolls-inspired music, ten thousand new lines of dialogue, and half of Morrowind’s landscape recreated.

Given the project’s enormous scope, there’s no word on when it will be finished. It is speculated that it will at least take a few more years. You can follow The Elder Scrolls Renewal Project’s progress on their page here.
