If you haven’t been playing Dying Light now is the time to start playing again.
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]t has been nearly 3 years since Techland’s Dying Light was released and since then the survival horror game has continued to have a strong active user base. A grand total of roughly half a million players play the game weekly and so Techland, the developer of the game, has announced plans to release 10 pieces of DLC for Dying Light over the course of the next coming 12 months.
The 10 new expansions will include more in-game events, new enemies, new locations to explore, and “much, much more.” The new DLC will be offered for free access to all of the game’s platforms. Not only that, but Techland has promised to host more community events over the next few months and they plan on adjusting the gameplay and based on fan feedback.
The first expansion for Dying Light has been dubbed Content Drop 0. Techland claims it will arrive “in the coming weeks” and you can expect new enemies in the game. “Drop #0 is a taste of the new things coming to the game, before the ’10 free DLCs in 12 months’ campaign fully launches later this year,” a press release says.
