The Walking Dead Renewed For 8th Season By AMC

More zombies to kill in the future! Sounds like a no-brainer to me!

[dropcap size=small]A[/dropcap]MC has successfully ordered another season of The Walking Dead. The season will be 16 episodes long and will air The Talking Dead after each episode, so nothing is changing from that perspective.

Despite a ratings decline, The Walking Dead still has a strong fanbase that can’t wait for season seven to start in less than a week. With how season six ended, fans will be very interested to see what happens when the show airs on October 23rd.

In the season six finale, Negan rounded up all of the main characters and the season ends with him taking a swing and killing one of the main characters. Which one it is remains to be seen. Showrunner Scott Gimple confirmed that the premiere will reveal who Negan kills at New York Comic Con in early October.

If you’re not caught up with the show, AMC is running a “Walking Dead Marathon” to celebrate their annual Fearfest programming promotion.

After the season seven premiere, there will be a 90-minute episode of The Talking Dead to break down every aspect of the episode.

Are you excited to for next week’s premiere of The Walking Dead? Who do you think Negan killed? Let us know in the comments below!
