The episode was due to air tonight, but the episode originally slated to air on November 24th will take it’s place.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]errorism has been a theme for a lot of shows in the past due to the originality of the subject and how many people can relate to it. Many shows, like TNT’s Agent X and CBS’ Madame Secretary use terrorism has the driving force in their episodes. Even video games like Call of Duty and Battlefield use terrorism as a means to give the game a story. However, with the heartbreaking terrorist attacks in Paris, France many shows are removing episodes dealing with the subject.
The television station CBS has decided to remove an episode of Supergirl and NCIS: Los Angeles that was originally scheduled to air later tonight. The cancelled Supergirl episode with the title of “How Does She Do It?” followed the main character Kara as she works to stop the terrorist bombings in National City. Instead, the episode titled “Livewire” will air in it’s place.
Despite the cancellation of these episodes, shows like Quantico and Homeland, who’s main theme revolves around terrorism, will proceed with their scheduled episodes.
