Rockstar Games’ parent company Take-Two Interactive has high hopes for the developer’s future projects.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]hanks to Take-Two Interactive’s quarterly report we now know that Rockstar Games is at work on some future projects that may or may not be released sometime during the holiday season of this year. There are plenty of rumors on the internet that Rockstar Games is working on a Red Dead Redemption 2 after the game’s map was reportedly leaked online. While Rockstar Games’ parent company did not make any official announcements but they did a great job creating some hype on what Rockstar Games plans on releasing in the near future.
In Take-Two Interactive’s quarterly report, the parent company explained what they are expecting in the future for themselves and from Rockstar Games.
“Looking ahead, we expect to grow Non-GAAP revenues and earnings in fiscal 2018, based on our robust development plan that extends well beyond the current fiscal year. Rockstar Games is of course hard at work on some exciting future projects that will be revealed soon.”
While we aren’t sure what Rockstar Games is working on, it is safe to expect the company to be working on either a new Grand Theft Auto or Red Dead Redemption 2. Many fans of Rockstar Games’ work were left wanting after the developer did not release anything for E3 and many fans left the expo disappointed. However, after this quarterly report was released you can be sure that whatever their “exciting future projects” are they will be impressive.
