[dropcap size=small]G[/dropcap]et ready to team up again with Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy to fight the Nobodies of Organization XIII in Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX. Fans of Disney and Final Fantasy alike have reason to celebrate as thirty new screenshots for the game have been released by PlayStation on the company’s Facebook page.
The title will be released exclusively for PlayStation 3 and will act as a collection of previous entries in the Kingdom Hearts series. 2.5 ReMIX will included HD re-mastered versions of PS2’s Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix and PSP’s Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix (both of which had only been released in Japan until now), as well as the Nintendo DS puzzle game Kingdom Hearts Re:coded.
KH II has been reformatted from the previous 4:3 video scale to the new HD 16:9 widescreen format and features new imagery and backgrounds to make up for the missing areas due to the ratio adjustment. Over two hours of new content have been added to Re:coded in the form of brand new cut scenes with fan-favorite Disney characters.
There is a limited edition version of the game available for pre-order through its official website that includes the game along with an exclusive collectible pin featuring Sora and Mickey Mouse.
