The Countdown Begins
After nearly a year of anticipation of the follow-up blockbuster Deadpool, 20th Century Fox has finally announced the release date of Deadpool 2. Deadpool 2 currently has a set release date of June 1st, 2018.
Deadpool 2 has recruited two new cast members to be seen on the big screen. Zazie Beetz shall play Domino and Josh Brolin shall play the fan favorite, Cable. Reynolds teased the return of Deadpool with a surprise short that screened before Logan, the R-rated Wolverine Marvel flick that took over theaters during its release in March. The follow-up blockbuster has had fans speculating on a release since the first Deadpool released, so with this date finally announced, fans can finally be put at ease and wait as more information is released until the movie hits the big-screen worldwide.

20th Century l has also announced the release date’s for two X-Men Movies:
- New Mutants – an X-Men spin-off
- X-Men: Dark Phoenix – the follow-up X-Men: Apocalypse
