Flash now has a dad.
[dropcap size=small]W[/dropcap]arner Bros has tabbed Billy Crudup (Spotlight, Big Fish) to play Barry Allen’s father in the upcoming Flash solo movie. Ezra Miller will star as the Flash in the movie, Rick Famuyiwa will direct, and Seth Grahame-Smith will write the script.
This will be the second time Crudup has teamed up with Warner Bros for a superhero movie. He was previously Dr. Manhattan in Watchmen.
Production will start on the film soon since the release date is set for March 16, 2018. There are not a lot of details on the plot of the film so far but once production begins leaks will start to come out to so hopefully we can learn more soon.
The Flash is scheduled for release on March 16, 2018.
