Are you ready to join the Survey Corps and take the fight to the Titans?
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he latest trailer for Attack on Titan has been released by Koei Tecmo and it is definitely breathtaking to say the least. Omega Force, the studio that brought us Dynasty Warriors and Hyrule Warriors, has created an impressive and immersive game. Check out the trailer below!
Attack on Titan follows the events that took place in the first season of the anime and follows members of the Survey Corps as they fight to take back their city and bring down the Titans. Judging by the trailer above it seems that the game will be akin to the workings of Dynasty Warriors where players move around designated segments on the battlefield to take down enemies. It would be safe to assume that the Titans would be treated as a boss battle. In addition to the trailer being released there are two screen shots available. Check them out below!
Several months ago Koei Tecmo’s president Hisashi Koinuma released a statement about the project and how impressed he was with it so far.
“Having evolved from a manga/anime series to an internationally recognized brand, we were enchanted by the opportunity to create our own take on humanity’s last stand against these overwhelmingly powerful beings, the Titans. Our studios are already pouring all of their passion and excitement into it and we hope to reveal more information soon!”
Attack on Titan is set to be released on the Playstation 4, Playstation 3 and the Playstation Vita some time in 2016.
