Halo community manager Brian Jarrard confirmed on Reddit that Halo 6 won’t appear at E3 next month. “Not only does this mean that Halo 6 will not be out this year, but also that a Halo 3 Anniversary edition is not likely either. In fact, a remastered Halo 3 is apparently not even being considered.” The game is set to release on PC, which will be the first main entry Halo game to come to PC since Halo 2 in 2007.
“[W]e’ll have a little something at E3 but it’s not related to the next major entry in the franchise,” Jarrard wrote.
343 Industries boss Bonnie Ross said that split-screen multiplayer was a mistake, thus we know that the upcoming game shall definitely include this highly necessary feature. Although there is definitely disappointment due Halo 6 not going to be showcased, it definitely arises anticipation for Halo fans worldwide.
