We seem to remember a certain web-slinger getting a certain upgrade just in time for the big airport Avengers showdown in Civil War. So, does this mean that Homecoming is going to start out just before Cap’n America: Civil War, then lead into the events post? Seems likely. The teaser gives off a few more clues than you think.

The teaser trailer certainly has some great moments, despite being less than half a minute in length. That said, we could not be happier to finally see the wall-crawler make his first solo appearance in the shared universe of the MCU. This is not just the film the fans want, but it is also the film the fans deserve.
The trailer will debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live airing at 11:35 PM on ABC.
Spider-Man Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, Marisa Tomei, Robert Downey Jr., with Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan.
The film comes to theaters on July 7, 2017, and is directed by Jon Watts.
