Play Arts Kai, the popular re-imaginings of various heroes and villains in the form of meticulously detailed collector figures, takes on Star Wars. And it looks awesome.

Square Enix is of course behind Play Arts Kai, and their radical re-visions of heroes like Batman, to soldiers like Master Chief, to epic Final Fantasy heroes and villains. Truth is, a starting price of $100+ USD, this is one expensive hobby to get into. And unfortunately for the staff here at GO, it looks like we will have to shell out a pretty penny because we want them all. Take a look below at Square’s next project, their Star Wars figure collection set to release this July and be sure to Pre Order, as these guys are going fast. Already picked up the Storm Trooper and Boba Fett myself.
