The fifth installment of the popular Underworld franchise is moving forward.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he newest installment of the Underworld series has an official title now. It had been known as Underworld: Next Generation for a while but the studio has since decided to go with Blood Wars.
Kate Beckinsale will once again star as our favorite badass, Selene, with newcomer director Anna Foerster, the first female to direct a movie in the series. A lot is still unknown about the plot for Blood Wars but actors Theo James and Charles Dance will also be returning, so we have that to look forward to at least.
Underworld: Blood Wars will be in theaters October 14, 2016.
