Hopefully they didn’t have to find him in an ancient temple.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he Uncharted film has landed its writer, Joe Carnahan (The Grey).
Carnahan, an accomplished writer and director, said that he would only be writing the script but “in a perfect world” he would also be directing the film as well. He is currently on board to direct Bad Boys 3 and would not be able to direct both movies unless production was pushed back on one.

There is still no director for the film but it is being co-produced by Arad and Atlas Entertainment. Sony creative executive Jonathan Kadin will have an overseeing role in the film as well.
There is no release date yet for Uncharted.
