During the Marvel Studios panel at Comic-Con, the upcoming Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was detailed. Included among the reveals was that the fourth Thor film will be titled Thor: Love and Thunder and will release on November 5, 2021.
The film sees the return of Chris Hemsworth’s Thor and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie, as well as Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, who will apparently take up the mantel of the God of Thunder like her character has in the comics.
Taika Waititi returns as director, having previously directed the amazing Thor: Ragnarok.
This is a crazy development only a few days after it was revealed that a Thor 4 is happening, but by far the wackiest aspect of this is Natalie Portman returning to the MCU. How much money did Disney drop onto her house? Anyway, we are beyond hyped.
Thor: Love and Thunder releases on November 5, 2021.
