This week is big for gamers across the globe, what with the German Gamescom Expo kicking off yesterday with its Opening Night Live. And while not officially a part of the German expo, PlayStation decided to get in on the action this morning by showing off the Launch Trailer for the highly-anticipated remake of The Last of Us Part I.

The trailer takes us back to nearly ten years where the story started, only this time the visuals are better than ever, having the chance to take advantage of current-gen hardware. There is simply no doubt that The Last of Us Part I will look incredibly beautiful on PlayStation 5 consoles. We just hope they don’t wait too long to port it over to PC, which is currently in development.
