While the film definitely doesn’t have a catchy title like Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel, the film and the actor have both received much more praise than any DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. film thus far. With Batman v Superman, Man of Steel and Suicide Squad doing well at the box office but failing to appease fans and critics alike it is imperative that DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. get this film right. Luckily, it appears that Ben Affleck knows this all too well and has taken the necessary steps, like choosing Deathstroke as the main antagonist for The Batman, in order for this film and the DC Extended Universe to succeed.
