Could Jon Stamm be the perfect actor to play the role of Cable?

Take Robert Downey Jr. for example, Stan Lee said there is no better person to play the role of Iron Man than RDJ and to be fair he is right. Could you see anyone else play the role of a, in his very own words, “genius, billionaire, playboy philanthropist”? Definitely not.

Robert Liefeld, the creator of the mutant character Cable (who is also the son of Jean Grey and Cyclops), really wants Jon Hamm to play the role of Cable for FOX’s X-Men. So much so that the man photoshopped Jon Hamm’s face to look like Cable after Jon Hamm took home a Golden Globe. Robert Liefeld’s photoshop skills are surprisingly impressive and it looks like Jon Hamm could play the part quite well.
