The Pokemon centered fighting game will be hitting Western stores sooner than you think.
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]his morning, the official Pokemon Twitter account announced that Pokken Tournament will be releasing on the Wii U on March 18th.
North America, Europe, and Japan all share this release date so no one will be left out from the Pokken goodness.

But that is not all the new news!
Coming off the heels of a three character leak (read all about that here), Pokemon has announced another new character for the roster.
Now you may be saying, “Wait what? Chandelure??” Although the generation 5, fire/ghost type Pokemon seems a bit out of left field, it is a very interesting choice and can have a lot of mechanically sweet moves.
A release trailer for Chandelure is set for release on January 31st.
Pokken Tournament is set for release March 18th on the Wii U.
