You’ll have to “see” Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition to believe it.
[dropcap size=small]F[/dropcap]rom gorgeous landscapes, to fresh mechanics, to a captivating story, and not to mention a spectacular soundtrack, Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition is finally getting it’s PC release. After the thrilling platformer made its way onto the Xbox One last month, it was announced by Moon Studios that Steam and Windows 10 will, at last, get their hands on the game on April 27th.
The game company truly went all-out on this version of the game by not only releasing DLC for it, but “crafting an entirely new package that includes both the new content as well as features that fans have asked us to add to the original game,” the developer said. “We spent almost an entire year on this new release of Ori and the Blind Forest and hope that we have delivered the ultimate Ori experience for all of our fans out there.”
This reconditioned Ori and the Blind Forest will cost you $19.99, but if you already own the original game you can simply upgrade to the Definitive Edition for just $4.99. As an added bonus, if you also own the Xbox One version of the game, you can cross-save between that and the PC version with ease. The Definitive Edition also adds an “easy mode,” for those players who may have had a hard time with the original game’s notoriously high difficulty setting.
