Zelda Get’s A New Platform
Nintendo is developing a Legend of Zelda game for smartphones, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.
Nintendo CEO Tatsumi Kimishima said last month that they plan to release two to three new smartphone games by March 2018.
The report doesn’t give us any details on the new Zelda title,gameplay, plot, or even possible pricing of the mobile game. Nintendo may possibly try to do the “one time fee” approach like they did with Super Mario Run.
Following the hugely successful latest installment of the Zelda series Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch and Wii U, the title is more than enough to build up excitement within the Nintendo community. You can read about how well the game did here.
