There is perhaps no greater injustice than the cancellation of Young Justice. In recent years, few animated shows offered the intelligent storylines and complex characters that this series about teenage DC heroes so expertly realized…and then Cartoon Network gave it the axe.
However, there is a chance that Young Justice may return once more; only now through the power of Netflix.
Earlier this year, both seasons of Young Justice became available to stream on Netflix, and series writer/producer Greg Weisman urged fans on Twitter to rewatch the series.
RT! #YoungJustice S1 AND S2 now on Netflix! Want YJ S3? One of best things u can do is watch ALL eps over & over on Netflix. Or buy BluRays!

As indicated in his tweet, it appears that a third season could happen, but it largely depends on the success of the show on the streaming platform.
Since this tweet, Aqualad voice actor Khary Payton shared that he is fairly confident that a third season could happen, and he’s a got a good feeling about it.
I've heard absolutely nothing official, but for some reason, I have a REAL GOOD FEELING about #YoungJustice season 3!!!

Again, no official announcement has been made, but it does seem like Netflix is reviewing the number of views the series is getting on its platform, as to gage how well a new season would perform.
With all this in mind, if you are a Young Justice fan, like many of us, please show your support by revisiting the series on Netflix, or by using the hashtag #RenewYoungJustice on Twitter.
