Get ready to burst through chests, and have a chainsaw massacre.

During the 2015 Game Awards, one of the surprise announcements (well, sort of, this was leaked on NeoGAF), was the reveal of the latest Mortal Kombat X DLC fighters.

These characters are:

-Xenomorph from the Alien series.

-Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

-Bo’ Rai Cho, the drunken master of martial arts from prior MK games.

-Tri-Borg, a combination of previous MK fighters Cyrax, Sektor, and Robot Smoke.

All four characters will be available through the Kombat Pack 2 DLC bundle.

Pricing for this DLC has yet to be announced, but Kombat Pack 1 cost $30.

Mortal Kombat X was released last April for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

The game already features a handful of horror and sci-fi film icons, including Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th and the Predator.

We think the Xenomorph and Leatherface will fit well into the violent world of MK, and we can’t wait to play as them.

The Kombat Pack 2 DLC for Mortal Kombat X will release in early 2016.
