New trailer from NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat X introduces some new game playable characters.
The story takes place 25 years after the events of the 2011 Mortal Kombat game. Not much has been revealed about the narrative of the game, but Mileena and her Outland rebels is who we shall be facing off against.
Some new faces join the team this time around and have been confirmed they will be in-game playable character.
- Jacqueline Briggs (daughter of Jax)
- Takashi Takeda (son of Kenshi)
- Kung Jin (descendant of Kung Lao)
The fun doesn’t stop there! The bloody finishing moves known as Brutalities are back, and there are more than 100 of them!

The Mortal Kombat X release date is April 14 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, and PC. As a bonus, if you preorder you get to fight as Goro – the four-armed half-human.
