It seems that Professor Xavier is entering the realm of the supernatural?
[dropcap size=small]A[/dropcap]nother mind-blowing thriller from director M. Night Shyamalan is coming to the big screen possible some time next year and reports are pointing towards a decent cast line up. Renowned actor James McAvoy has signed on for a lead role and the actor, famous for his role as Professor Xavier in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past, will be joined by several other well-known names.
In addition to James McAvoy starring in the film, Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) and Betty Buckley (Frantic, The Happening, Carrie) will hold lead roles opposite of him. Jessica Sula (Skins) and Haley Lu Richardson (The Bronze) will both be in supporting roles.
The story behind the film and where it takes places are unknown at this time, but rumors are pointing towards a supernatural thriller with a low budget due to Jason Blum’s involvement. M. Night Shyamalan will write, direct and produce as well. Production is expected to begin this November in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
