Tony Stark’s personal driver will finally make another appearance along side his boss!
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]t’s been awhile since we have seen him, but Jon Favreau will reprise his role as Happy in Spider-Man: Homecoming, as first reported by Variety.
Spider-Man: Homecoming is currently shooting in Atlanta with Tom Holland starring as Spider-Man. This is Holland’s first exclusive movie as the web-shooter, but he did get a warm-up playing Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War. Spider-Man: Homecoming will also feature Zendaya, Donald Glover, Logan-Marshall Green and Tony Revolori.
Jon Watts is directing, while Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige are producing the movie. John Francis Daley and Johnathan Goldstein will write the script. No main plot has been released yet and seems like it will be on lock-down for a while.
Favreau’s last role in Marvel saw him direct the first two Iron Man movies and play as Tony Stark’s personal driver in Iron Man 2.
Happy Hogan didn’t play the biggest role while he was part of the cast in Iron Man 2, but that could change this time. Happy was a fun guy to watch and it will be intriguing to watch him on-screen again.
