You should probably stay out of the basement.
Are you a huge Breaking Bad fan? Well, now’s your chance to prove it. All you need is over $1.5 million…just don’t earn that money the way Walt and Jesse did.
Earlier this week, the on-screen home of Jesse Pinkman went on the market for $1.6 million.
Yes, this is a hefty price tag, even if you do “cook” (don’t “cook,” kids), but the price is justified by the house’s historic status (it was built in 1929 by renowned architect Leon Watson), and its ties to one of the greatest shows ever.
Breaking Bad fans will remember the house playing an integral role early in the series, as it was where Walt was faced with the dilemma of killing Krazy 8, and also where a bathtub full a dissolved meth dealer fell through the ceiling.
While both of these memorable scenes were apparently filmed on sound stages, the wild parties hosted by Jesse later in the series did indeed happen in the house.
If you have the cash (again, don’t “cook”), and want to live in Albuquerque, check out the listing for the house here.
