First a Warriors PS4 game and now a TV show?!
After nearly 40 years since its film debut, The Warriors is now getting its own TV show installment on Hulu. What’s even more exciting is that it will be being produced by the Russo Brothers. Made famous by their directing job on Captain America: Civil War, Joe and Anthony Russo will not only be directing the next two Avengers films, but they will also be lead producing the new Warriors TV show. The show will be an hourlong series sponsored by Paramount TV.
Set in 1970’s New York, the Warriors follows a number of gangs that battle to acquire their home turf(s). The series has no confirmed plot lines just yet, but it is sure to be an action packed television series with most of if not all of the original gangs. There is also no set release date, so Warriors fans will have to wait and see when the new series arrives.
