[dropcap size=small]M[/dropcap]arvel movie fans should by now be no stranger to the upcoming film, Ant-Man, and after a long wait for the film to hit production stages after losing actors and replacing Edgar Wright as director, we finally have the first official still from the movie. Take a look below and see Scott Lang, a thief turned hero’s apprentice portrayed by Paul Rudd.
The movie takes place in the ever-growing Marvel Cinematic Universe and focuses on Henry “Hank” Pym, a scientist who discovers the technology to shrink people down to ant-like sizes and communicate with insects. Michael Douglas is set to play Hank, who then turns around and trains Scott Lang to be the hero he believes he could become.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, and Evangeline Lilly. The movie is set to be released on July 17, 2015 form a screenplay Edgar Wright, Joe Cornish, and Adam McKay.
