But will it be awkward is the question.
[dropcap size=small]E[/dropcap]3 is shaping up to a big event this year, even though it always is. This is going to be the first year that consumers will be able to attend E3 and will give developers more eyes to see their games. Nintendo is gearing up for the opportunity by promising “big” things at this years event.
Nintendo of America COO Reggie Fils-Aimes had some promising comments about Nintendo’s presentation.
We’re going to be showcasing a variety of games. We will have experiences for… consumers will be able to attend the show for the very first time. So I’m not gonna tell you all of the various games and all of our little secrets for E3, but I can tell you that E3 is going to be a major opportunity for us to showcase not only Nintendo Switch, but also content coming to Nintendo 3DS.
A few of the titles that Nintendo might be bringing are Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Fire Emblem Warriors but nothing is confirmed. Nintendo will also be bringing a few new I.P.’s to E3.
In a recent interview Shinya Takahashi, one of the Nintendo execs, said that they will be bringing new franchises to E3 and they will not be sequels to previous games. He also hinted that some of the franchises may include characters from other games.
Nintendo seems to have a lot planned for E3 and they are very excited about it. Hopefully we will all think so too!
E3 will be taking place on June 13-15 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
