Based on the comic book arc written by Jeph Loeb and penciled by Jim Lee, Batman: Hush follows a mysterious villain who seems to know all of Batman’s deepest secrets. Bent on destroying the Dark Knight, Hush manipulates various villains and heroes among the Bat family and even Superman himself to crush Gotham’s caped crusader.
The 12-issue arc that began in 2002 is breaking new ground as the 14th entry in the DC Animated Movie Universe with a variety of names supplying the voice work. Jason O’Mara, Jerry O’Connell, Rainn Wilson, Rebecca Romijn, Bruce Thomas, Sean Maher, Stuart Allan, and Vanessa Williams will all return in their roles from previous DC animated flicks with a variety of new additions joining them.
Currently, there is no release date confirmed, but rumors have suggested that the film will be released direct-to-dvd this summer.
