[dropcap size=small]A[/dropcap]rnold Schwarzenegger has been tied to many projects recently but one rumor seems to be catching on. This rumor goes down the rabbit hole a little, so bear with us but it has a little merit.
So, a few members of the Twitterverse noticed that Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins and the DC Comics boss and Wonder Woman co-writer Geoff Johns have started following Arnold Schwarzenegger on Twitter. While this may seem like nothing what really are the odds that TWO critical members of the Wonder Woman creative team would follow the same person around the same time. Remember that following an actor on Twitter before a role announcement is the same situation that occurred when a number of DC executives followed actor Joe Manganiello before his role in The Batman was announced.
Do you see the connection now? Important Wonder Woman creative team members follow Arnold on Twitter and this will lead to a part in the film. Although it is important to note that Wonder Woman is already finished filming so it is highly unlikely that he will be in the film. Wonder Woman 2 however is another story, or not. It will be interesting to see what happens with this (possibly) developing story.
Wonder Woman is scheduled to be released in theaters on June 2, 2017.
