Here’s the latest news on the returning and brand new characters in Pixar’s Incredibles 2.
Pixar has finally unveiled their cast line-up for Incredibles 2 and we certainly couldn’t be more excited. The sequel, which is set to be released fourteen years after the original film, has some familiar faces as well as some new ones too. On top of that, writer and director Brad Bird has released some details for the film too, saying, “Incredibles 2 picks up, literally, where the first film left off, with Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl battling The Underminer, while Violet and Dash are stuck with babysitting Jack-Jack.”
The old faces of the Parr family, voiced by Holly Hunter, Craig T. Nelson, Sarah Vowell are back, save for young Dash. He is now voiced by Huck Milner. Samuel L. Jackson’s much-beloved Frozone is returning, as well as the elegant, brilliant fashionista Edna Mode (who is also being voiced by none other than the film’s writer and director, Brad Bird).
As for the new faces, we have Bob Odenkirk who is voicing Winston Deavor, a telecommunications bigwig who is “infatuated with Supers.” Alongside him is Catherine Keener, who will voice Winston’s genius sister, Evelyn. Evelyn is described as a tech-happy problem-solver and the true brains behind the family company. Finally, we have a Super named Voyd, voiced by Sophia Bush, who is obsessed with Elastigirl (remember how that turned into a problem in the original film?) and has the ability to “divert and manipulate objects around her by creating voids that allow the objects to appear and disappear, and shift in space.”

Incredibles 2 will be released in theaters on June 15, 2018.
