The Nightwing standalone film will be a live-action film.
[dropcap size=small]S[/dropcap]horterly after Warner Brothers announced that Matt Reeves (War of the Planet of the Apes) would direct The Batman standalone film it was announced that Chris McKay, who worked on The LEGO Batman Movie, will be directing a Nightwing standalone film.
In addition to Chris McKay directing the Nightwing standalone film, Bill Dubuque (The Accountant) will be working on the script for the film. Chris McKay already showed that he has a familiar understanding of Nightwing, who’s actual name is Dick Grayson, as was apparent in The LEGO Batman Movie.
The Nightwing film does not yet have an official release date.
