What does Matthew Vaughn say about A-List actors for the Kingsmen Sequel? Another one!
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]f you thought that Matthew Vaughn was done adding talent for the Kingsman sequel The Golden Circle, then you were wrong. Channing Tatum has been added to the cast of the sequel.
Originally, Vaughn had pegged Jared Leto for the role but since he’s off being the Joker, he’s a little preoccupied. Tatum is no small consolation prize though; he is a dynamic actor that should have no problem fitting into The Golden Circle. Very little is known about Tatum’s character right now. There is speculation that the character will be a southerner based on the picture below, which Tatum tweeted out when he announced that he would joining the cast. It remains to be seen if he will join Julianne Moore on the side of villains or if he will be joining the Kingsmen.
Also joining the cast are Julianne Moore and Pedro Pascal. Mark Strong is returning and Colin Firth is rumored to also be returning. There is even some talk of Elton John being in the movie, which would pretty interesting to see.
The Golden Circle is quickly becoming a large-scale project that will hopefully equate into a great movie.
Kingsmen: The Golden Circle will start filming soon with a release date likely in late 2017.
