[dropcap size=small]W[/dropcap]hen someone starts watching a show and there are multiple characters, people become hooked on certain characters that turn out to be their favorites. But a show like The Walking Dead will break the hearts of many fans by killing off their favorites throughout the series. Another character has been killed off that everyone is upset about. In the latest episode of The Walking Dead, Glenn Rhee appeared to have been killed, but there is a chance that he’s alive. We have five theories that could possibly have led to his survival. Check them out down below!
1. The Walkers were eating Nicholas, not Glenn
Nicholas falls on Glenn after he shoots himself and they both fall into the dumpster that they were both hiding from the Walkers. The Walkers then make their way there and pile on both of and start eating. But there’s a chance that they only ate Nicholas and (somehow) spared Glenn in the process.
2. Nicholas camouflaged Glenn, allowing him to survive
Even though this show has taken away so many characters from the fanbase, it has also found ways for characters to cheat death and come back. Only time will tell if this is true, but it is possible that the Walkers didn’t know Glenn was alive when he was underneath Nicholas and possibly survived, which could’ve resulted in Glenn escaping by…
3. Glenn rolling under the dumpster
If Nicholas’s body distracted the Walkers enough, Glenn may have been able to roll out under the dumpster to not only get away from the Walkers in the dumpster, but also hide from anymore that were also in the area. Once the area cleared, Glenn would be able to make his escape and meet up with the group.
4. Glenn’s death in the comics is different
In the “Walking Dead” graphic novels, Glenn’s life isn’t taken by one that is dead, but someone that is alive. Negan, the leader of a group called The Saviors, takes Glenn’s life with a baseball bat. While both of Glenn’s deaths are gruesome, fans are hoping in the TV show that he lives to fight another day…as a human of course!
5. Enid Saves Glenn
In the second episode of the current season, Enid, resident of the Alexandria community, fled after getting attacked by The Wolves. There are those that hope that she somehow finds Glenn and either saves him or distracts the Walkers long enough for him to get out alive.
