The response from fans to CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 was overwhelmingly negative and with good reason. Nearly everything promised by the developer wasn’t achieved and those who are playing on last gen consoles were met with nothing but disappointment.
Since the release date CD Projekt Red has been in damage control mode, answering to fans and critics alike when with updates on social media which ended with co-founder Marcin Iwiński detailing the plans for post-launch improvements and a rough timeline moving forward. CD Projekt Red claims a major update will roll out within 10 days of their video. Following this, the studio plans another “more significant one” planned to arrive in the next coming weeks.
