[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he first trailer for the fifth installment in the Jason Bourne franchise is only several months away, marking a fresh attempt to reinvent the franchise since the action-thriller Bourne Legacy was released back in 2012 starring Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz. As with previous Bourne movies our favorite amnesiac international agent Jason Bourne is on the run again, this time possibly from the truth of his past, or from those trying to cover it up. Julia Stiles returns to reprise her role as former CIA analyst and Jason Bourne’s only friend, Nicky Parsons. Tommy Lee Jones, Alicia Vikander and Vincent Cassel will also be starring in the film, although their roles have yet to be completely identified.
Jason Bourne hits theaters July 29th, 2016.
