The new Super Smash Bros. game is right around the corner, and Mario is getting all patriotic on us with the latest alternate costume reveal. If it wasn’t for the shirt, he would look like a clown. The alternate costume is, apparently, inspired by the NES Open Tournament Golf costume. Below, we have Uncle Sam and a Stormtrooper, who appear to be fighting side-by-side at MGM Grand.
Super Smash Bros. is directed by Masahiro Sakurai and published by Nintendo. It set to release for the 3DS on October 3rd, 2014 and Holiday 2014 for the Wii U.
