Anime fans, get ready for an unforgettable 4th of July weekend! Legendary anime studio Toei Animation is making a grand return to Anime Expo this year, bringing an exciting merchandise showcase to the Los Angeles Convention Center.
The First-Ever Mugiwara Store Pop-Up Shop in the U.S.
One of the most anticipated highlights is the first-ever Mugiwara Store Pop-Up Shop in the United States! Toei Animation is recreating the famed retail concept of the world’s largest official One Piece store. With eight locations across Japan, these stores offer over 10,000 items from both the anime and manga, including numerous limited edition items not available elsewhere.
Located within the Toei Animation exhibit booth, fans will be treated to a unique One Piece shopping experience. The pop-up will capture the look and feel of the Mugiwara stores and feature One Piece merchandise exclusive to Mugiwara and previously unavailable outside of Japan. This is a must-visit for any One Piece fan!
New and Existing Digimon and One Piece Merchandise
In addition to the Mugiwara pop-up, the Toei Animation showcase will include a collection of new and existing Digimon and One Piece merchandise from three well-known lifestyle brands:

- Hypland (One Piece / Booth 1614)

Special One Piece Events for the 25th Anniversary Celebration
As part of the year-long global 25th anniversary celebration, Toei Animation is hosting two special One Piece events at Anime Expo 2024:
1. One Piece – Egghead Arc English Dub Premiere
- Date: Friday, July 5
- Time: 11:30 am
- Location: Main Events at the Entertainment Hall
- Details: Toei Animation and Crunchyroll will present the English dub premiere of One Piece Episodes 1090 & 1091, marking the start of the new arc.
2. One Piece Music Symphony – 25th Anniversary World Tour
- Date: Saturday, July 6
- Time: 8:00 pm
- Location: Shrine Auditorium
- Details: This ticketed orchestra concert combines the most memorable moments of the beloved One Piece TV series with the sound of a 50-musician orchestra. It’s the world’s only officially licensed One Piece concert, with music arranged and curated in collaboration with original composer Kohei Tanaka. Tickets are available here.
