‘Super Mario Maker’ Stage heading to ‘Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS’

And it wasn’t even leaked!

Surprise everyone! Nintendo has announced that a stage based off the critically acclaimed Super Mario Maker is coming to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS as DLC.

When the  stage is selected, the battle will begin with a hand creating the stage similarly to how it is done in the actual game. The layout for the stage changes each time you play too, truly emulating the user-generated creativity that makes Mario Maker so great.

The stage joins other DLC locales including the classic N64 stage’s Dream Land, Hyrule Castle, and Peach’s Castle.

You can download the Super Mario Maker stage on September 30th for $2.50, or $3.50 for both the Wii U and 3DS versions.

And for you Wii U owners out there, don’t forget to check out Super Mario Maker, which was released last week. It’s an absolute blast.
